BACK TO VILLA WE GO!

We have returned to Villa Olivia for our regular meetings at 12:15. We are spread out to meet the social distance regulations and masks are required when not seated at the tables.

Random Rotary will continue on Zoom.

CLOCK UPDATE

There is only one $250 space left and James reports he has a few leads on how to fill it. The Clock itself is here and in storage. James met with the Public Works Director and finalized the location for the clock at Town Center. The foundation and the electricity will be next.

Once plaques are finalized and fabricated we can arrange the installation.

MEMORIAL TREE

The Rotary Board discussed planting a tree at Bartlett Park in memory of Dr. Camerer. Paula will work with Rita on the details of the donation and report back to the club.

Rotary 5000 Non Raffle

Due to the worldwide pandemic we were not able to do our traditional Bartlett Rotary 5000 raffle in which we sell raffle tickets, eat dinner, and spend the evening listening to Marcus call numbers and tell "dad jokes" while purchasing more raffle tickets. To make this a low contact fundraising event to support the worthy causes supported by Bartlett Rotary and Bartlett Rotary Charities throughout the year, we bring you the Bartlett Rotary 5,000 Non Raffle.

Here is what you do NOT do this year:

Do not provide a raffle prize
Do not attend a dinner and raffle drawing for several hours
Do not twist arms to purchase raffle tickets
Do not provide a bottle of booze for the wheel barrow.

Here is what you DO: All you do is donate $100.00 to Bartlett Rotary for a chance to win a dues -free year of Rotary fellowship (free dues up to $800.00)

Winner will be selected at the regular Rotary Meeting on September 3, 2020. Chances may be purchased throughout the months of July and August. More than one chance can be purchased, and we encourage you to do so! 5000 Non Rotary Forms will be emailed out to members. The flyer can also be found on the sidebar of this page under downloads.
