Random Rotary will be via Zoom.  Continuing our Zoom meeting practice join the club for our meeting from the comfort of your own home.  Please considering ordering dinner take out from one of Bartlett's local restaurants.  Call in information to follow via email.  

The July 2 ,2020 Board and Regular meeting are cancelled.  The Board meeting is rescheduled to July 9 at 11:00 a.m. and the Regular Meeting will be at 12:15.  We will be returning back to Villa Olivia as usual! 

The April Fools Bus Trip will be rescheduled until after the Covid Pandemic is over. 

 

 

 

 

The District has canceled the Youth Exchange Program.  Lisa Doyle our youth exchange student was able to postpone her trip and will be traveling to Finland a year from now.  :) 

The Rotary Installation is scheduled for June 25, 2020 vi Zoom at 6:00p.m.  Thanks to Ralph for a great year, thanks to those officers stepping down and welcome to those being sworn in.  Order dinner locally like we have been for Random Rotary so we can dine virtually and toast to a new Rotary year. 

The Rotary 5000 Committee has met.  the 5,000 will be a non-raffle.  Due to COVID we can't have dinner and do the regular event.  This year we will do several smaller events for fundraisers.  For the 5,000:  You Don't have to provide a raffle prize, you DON'T have to bring a bottle for the wheel barrow, you DON'T attend a dinner and drawing for several hours.  You DON'T have to twist arms and sell tickets this year.  All you do have to do is donate $100.00 to Bartlett Rotary for a chance to win a dues free year of Rotary fellowship.  A flyer will be coming out to you soon.

Plans are under way for the Clubs 40th Anniversary Dinner and will be part of the golf outing in October.

The Interact Club Meeting was canceled due to COVID we will try again next year.

District Governor Suzanne Gibson announced that the Bartlett Rotary Club has won the Vibrant Club designation from RI and that Valerie Salmons has achieved 30 years of active membership and will be presented a pin and Suzie Sias was declared Rookie of the Year and also received a pin.
