Then “join a team” and search and click on Bartlett Fire. Please remember to just pay the fee of $155, do not do your Rotary donation through the registration site. The Rotary donation is 100% separate from the event.

Grab a fellow Rotary Member and be a team. We are competing against other area Rotary Clubs to see who can raise the most in the kettle.
The Salvation Army already has a website set up to register to Ring the Bells. The site is https://www.registertoring.com. You may type in your town and then do a search. Our group name is Bartlett Rotary and it will take your right to our location and shifts. I have reserved the shifts at Jewel simply select your shift preference and fill out your information under “add member” and they will send you a reminder. Please include the name of your Club when registering to ring so we may more easily track donations. IF you have problems registering please let Paula know.
One shift left 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.. Please let Paula know if you can take this shift!
We have roughly $18,000 in the special project fund. No set amount of money has been defined. Proposals can be submitted for up to $18,000 or the club can decide on a bigger project to continue to raise money towards. Hustle Up the Hancock is fleeting. There may be a chance that it will no longer be a viable fundraiser for the club. Club members need to decide on a new fundraiser and get serious about implementing a new event. Chief Falese will have forms for project submissions at the next Rotary meeting. The committee recommendation includes the following: Project should have high visibility so that we can used it to help grow our membership, Project should have a local impact. A small group should be formed to research different fundraising events that we can implement in the near future.
If you have any questions please see any of the committee members:
A big thank you to James Barr for creating the Bartlett Rotary Foundation By-Laws. These will be presented to the club during the next few weeks. If you have any questions, please see James.
