Hanover and Wayne Township Holiday Meals

The Club voted to donate $1000 to each Township for Holiday Meal. Each Township will also receive roughly $400 from the Annual District Grant. Date to be determined.

Youth Assembly

The Youth Assembly is scheduled for November 23, 2019.

Township Clause and Effect

Plans are being made for the Township Clause and Effect.

Foreign Exchange Student Interest

There is no interest in hosting an inbound foreign exchange student. Ralph, Suzie, and Nimesha interviewed a potential outbound foreign exchange student on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. The Club voted to accept the outbound youth exchange student Lisa Doyle.

Rotary/Chamber Holiday Lunch

The Rotary/Chamber Holiday Lunch has been scheduled for December 5, 2019. Save the date!!!!

We will be meeting on the 21st. This is also the Rotary Reads Event at the Library.

Rotary Reads

Rotary will partner with the library for the annual Rotary Read Events. The date is set for Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 7pm. Rotary will make a $500 donation to purchase books and treats for the kiddos. Rotarian's are invited to be guest readers and/or to help with crafts, treats, etc. Hope to see you all there.

Clock Committee

James spoke with the clock company. $17,000 is needed as a down payment to get it going. Prices will be raised in January so we need to move forward now. We are working on the contract.
$17,000 deposit. Membership voted on it at the meeting. All ayes, one nay. Motion passed.
