We are approved as of May 18th, 2018, with January 1st, 2018 as approved date for accepting donations.
We are required to file a return each year without fail, a failure in filing the form 990 and keeping our state annual report filing status current, can result in automatic revocation of the 501c3 Status.
Our Year for Bartlett Rotary Charities: is Jan 1 to December 31st of each year.
Charities by Laws must be created and kept on file, there should be at least 1 annual meeting of the board. These are being drafted by James Barr and will be reviewed during the month of July.
