Silent Auctions are open for Bidding
Live Auctions will open two (2) weeks prior to event
people can start bringing in international beer and wine
members will receive an Email containing an introductory letter and sponsor form to use in the solicitation of sponsors; Kris was also asked to include the club’s 501©3 designation letter
some Rendezvous tickets and raffle tickets were distributed at each table
a website is being developed that will contain other printable tickets as well as allow anyone to bid/donate auction items as they are assembled
