Highlights of our 5/20 Meeting
Thursday, May 20 our program speaker was Past District Governor and District Visioning Chair, Mike Ericksen, who gave us an introduction to our upcoming Visioning process. Among other things, Mike stated that the sweet spot for group participation in Visioning is 20-25 people which should include the club's board and a group of long-term club members as well as some newer club members. If you are interested and available for the two evenings of June 7 and 10, if you fit in one of the categories above, or if you are just really interested in the future of our club, reach out to Betsy this week to indicate your interest. The two evening sessions will be 6:00-8:30 and we will participate via Zoom.
Our president, Dr. Joseph Musolino gave his GTKYA presentation. It was quite inspiring. My takeaway from Joe's message was that while he has been a Rotarian for about 20 years, he did not truly feel like a Rotarian, nor did he feel really involved until he became quite active.
Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties, we do not have usable recording of either Mike Ericksen's presentation or Joe's.
