- On April 14, the three northern Illinois Rotary districts will be co-sponsoring Empower Leaders - a morning of leadership, mentorship, and scholarship. Distinguished speakers from three different spheres - charity, business, and government - will share their thoughts on leadership to mentors and their proteges. The target audience is high school seniors, college students and young professionals. It will be held at Oakton Community Coll ege from 9am - 12pm.
