Senior leader with almost 20 years of diverse experience in marketing, sales and leadership operations in global and regional pharmaceutical companies. Leads a regional operation with team of >350 people with diverse background within Cluster Eastern Europe at Alkaloid pharma company from North Macedonia. Results-driven, decisive and focused on building healthy teams, cross-functional collaboration and execution to create maximum value for the enterprise and its people.  My other philanthropic and civic involvements include: RC Skopje North (charter member, past president), Sheffield University and Kellogg Alumni.  Ernest’s hobbies include anything with family, mentoring, friends, travel, and sports (tennis) and music (piano).
