Weekly Hybrid Meeting

This week’s meeting, we will meet in person at Bar Louie/Holiday Inn Skokie (located at 5300 W Touhy Avenue Skokie). from 12:00noon-1:15pm. This will be CASH PREFERRED lunch and the cost is $20.00 per person. We will also run a 50/50 raffle to help defer the cost of lunch for our speakers and/or guests.

Rotary member and Skokie Fire Chief, Jeff Hoeflich, will speak about the Skokie Fire Department.

Chipostle Chicken Tacos

(3 per order)

White corn tortillas avocado cream, pico de gallo, cillantro, radishes, queso fresco, salsa verde, fresh lime.

Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich

Crispy buttermilk marinated breast, hot seasoning, signature jalanpeno honey, pickles, toasted brioche bun.

Louie's Choice Cheeseburger

Louie's custom burger blend of beef brisket, short rib & ground check on a toasted brioche bun with white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion and Louie sauce. Served with pickle and fries.

Charred Lemon Caesar

(can add chicken)

Romaine, classic Caesar dressing, pretzel crumbs and Parmesan.
