At last meeting, we discussed the fact that speakers prefer not to give their presentations on Zoom and prefer to meet in person. In fact, we have no speaker for the April 7.
We took a vote of the fifteen (15) members present yesterday and nine (9) out of the fifteen (15) voted to discontinue the first Tuesday Zoom meetings and not meet at all on the first Tuesday of the month. Attendance at the Zoom meetings is poor and drags down our overall attendance average.
If you have any objection to this plan, please get back to me ASAP however, the April 7 Zoom meeting is cancelled.
Of course, we will continue to have our hybrid Zoom and in-person meetings, as always.
