This week’s meeting, we will meet in person at Bar Louie/Holiday Inn Skokie (located at 5300 W Touhy Avenue Skokie) from 12:00noon-1:30pm. This will be CASH PREFERRED lunch and the cost is $20.00 per person. We will also run a 50/50 raffle to help defer the cost of lunch for our speakers and/or guests.

Louie's custom burger blend of beef brisket. short rib & ground check on a toasted brioche bun with white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion and Louie sauce. Served with pickle and fries.

Cali Chicken Club

Seared chicken breast, arugula, tomato, pickled red onions, giardiniera ailoi, guacamole on toasted sourdough. Served with fries.

Charred Lemon Caesar

Romaine, classic Caesar dressing, pretzel crumbs and Parmesan
