Please join us tomorrow at noon at the Lake Jackson Civic Center for our regular weekly lunch meeting. Dr. David Huang will be giving us an update on Harvest for the Hungry.

 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: If you have a credit card on file for your dues and other Rotary expenses, you will need to complete a new credit card authorization form. I have attached a PDF to this newsletter, below in the "Download Files" section. Please download it, print it out, complete it, and either bring it with you to the meeting or scan it and forward it to Jackie, our new bookkeeper, at brazosportrotaryclub@gmail.com. If you prefer to call her with the information, her number is 979-319-1456.

 

Please note the following change: Our next Brazosport Rotary Board Meeting will take place at Wurst Haus on MARCH 10 at 11:45 AM. This is a change from our original plan to meet this Thursday. Remember, everybody is welcome to attend and we encourage new club members to attend at least one board meeting to see how board decisions are made. Attendance qualifies as a "make up" meeting that you can use or bank.

Please remember that we will not be Zooming meetings for the foreseeable future. If you plan to attend remotely, you will need to coordinate with an attending Rotarian to use FaceTime (or equivalent). Please be sure to alert Steve Elbert, our club secretary, if you choose this option so that he can count you "present".
