PLEASE NOTE THE EVENT STARTS AT 6:00 P.M. AND NOT 6:30 AS SHOWN IN THE PREVIOUS BULLETIN.
Good afternoon Brazosport Rotary Club members.
With recent events in mind, no doubt we have all been watching the now Tropical Storm Francine develop. I spoke with Sara Richards, who because of her position with the area's nursing homes, maintains close ties with weather experts. As we sit here today, Francine is expected to pass to the south of Brazoria County and make landfall east of here. It will rain, but that is the only thing we will experience from Francine.
Based on this, we decided to move ahead with the Collaborative Dinner Tuesday September 10, 2024 at at the Corporate Learning Center at 6:00 pm. We will be joined by the Rotary Clubs of Angleton, Lake Jackson After 5, West Columbia, and Sweeny.
Of course in the event of a radical change we will pivot and adjust. Otherwise, I look forward to seeing everyone there. All the best, HN.
