He is the past District 5890 Chair for Polio Plus and the current Immunization Chair. He also has a direct connection to polio, at the age of 8 months he contracted the disease. It has left him with a weak right hip and leg, but it does not slow him down in his efforts to End Polio or Make a Difference. He is an outstanding Rotarian. He is a Paul Harris Fellow, a Paul Harris Society member, a Polio Plus Society member, the Bequest Society, a Major Donor level 2, and the recipient of a Rotary Foundation Regional Service Award for a Polio Free World.
