Fellow Rotarians,

The rodeo is fast approaching which means it is time for me to ask for your volunteer hours for this year. The rodeo is the club's biggest fundraiser and makes many of our yearly projects possible, as such we need everyone's help to make it a success.

The first step in getting ready for the rodeo is to clean out the booth and get everything set up for this year. The more people we have to help the quicker the job goes so if you can help or can send someone in your place to help, we would really appreciate all the hands we can get. The setup will take place on Thursday August 8th from 10:00am through Noon or so. The more people we have the less time it will take.

We are also looking for signups to work the booth each afternoon and night. We are looking for 5 people from 4:00pm to 7:30pm and a second shift of 5 people from 7:00pm to 10:30pm each night. If you can work one of those time slots please email Aaron Buck at aarondb4@gmail.com and let me know what time you want to work.
