This Week's Program
April 17th!
This Wednesday, we will meet at Kaley at noon as usual. We will eat, visit a little and then have an "Easter Project Workshop." We will be putting together food bags and some Easter baskets for the mothers and children at Hope's Door in Caldwell. Once put together, we will deliver them.
Aaron Buck is in charge of this event and will be bringing all the products necessary. Kelli Jenkins purchased all the products and dropped them off at his office.
Thank you to our fellow Rotarians who contributed the $300 through our Caldwell Rotary Foundation to purchase the products necessary to complete the project. They can receive a charitable tax deduction for their contribution.
RYLA--Applications
RYLA-Rotary Youth Leadership Award
camp applications are being taken
between April 2-May 20, 2019!
This is one of the few Rotary sponsored events that family members of Rotarians can take advantage of, so I am asking our members first if they have a family member that meets the age/grade qualification of 16 years old and would be an incoming High School Junior or Senior next fall that would like to apply.
The applicant needs to be sure...
he/she can attend the dates if they apply, because our club does not get a refund and they would be taking a spot out where someone else might have been able to take if they don't go.
We have budgeted to send 3 students...
to this leadership camp to be held August 1-4, 2019 at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls. It is a weekend of leadership activities, food and lodging. Transportation is organized from Boise to Twin Falls.

Poinsettias Order Canceled!
Patrick Baumgart announced that our Poinsettia orders have been canceled. The vendor we purchase them from has decided not to grow them this year. Several members listed below gave Patrick a Poinsettia order for this next holiday season.
