WHAT? Our "Sixth Annual Fishing Derby for Kids"!  WHEN? May 4th from 10 am -2 pm.  WHERE? Indian Creek across from Angler's Habitat, on the corner of Blaine/Kimball.  We will need Rotarian help around 9 a.m. to help set up tables under the gazebo on the corner of Kimball/Blaine, and to help with greeting registrants, in the early part of the day, help throughout the day, and more help to measure fish, etc. at the end of the day.  We cook hotdogs and provide a lunch to registrants and sell lunches to others not registered.  This fishing derby is for kids ages 12 and younger.  There are prizes for the youngest fisherman, the fisherman with the most fish, and the fisherman with the longest fish. Kids need to be accompanied by an adult.  Registrations can be picked up at Angler's Habitat, and are due with $5 payment per fisherkid to City Hall by April 30th.

Rotarians Wayne Johnson, Jerry Bauman, Laurie Henberg, Leora Summers, and newest Rotarian Scott Johnson went to the Caldwell grade schools and passed out registration forms to all the kids in those schools.   Patrick Baumgart's scouts will be helping on that day with stocking the fish, and other things too.  Thanks for all your help and let's hope for a great sunny day on May 4th!
