Project Pajama is back! You've seen them, you've worn them, and now it's your chance to give some away. October 22 is the deadline for donating new pajamas (with tags attached). Or you can make a donation and pajamas will be purchased to help children of all ages have a nice, clean pair of pajamas to sleep in. The need is greater than you would imagine. Hispanic Heritage Month Join us at the Museum of Art & History for a private tour of their exhibit titled Land of Milk and Honey. This inaugural exhibition explores artists' views around multi-layered topics associated with agriculture including environmental impacts, cultural culinary traditions, identity and migration, regional histographies, and familial and mythical connections to food. Thank you Deborah Feldsetin for arranging this event. It will be on October 13h at 6pm. There will be a casual dinner afterwards at Abbott Square. Watch your email for more details.

No Meeting September 29 - Goin' for a Ride!
25th Anniversary Bike Ride Promoted by the Santa Cruz County Office Of Education. Ride to raise funds for new mental-health focused student groupis the title of a press release issued by the SCCOE. The goal is to help bring attention to the cause and groups we are supporting as well as the ride. Big thanks to Nick Ibarra at the County Office of Ed. and Tricia Wiltshire Potts for putting this together.
The final "official" training ride is in the books. Joining the ride to the top of Mountain Charlie Road were Jerry Souza, Tony Nethercut, Jenn Carno Tracey Cotten, Brent Dutton, Lindsey Bass, John Sliney, Tom McCullough, and Debby Dutra.
