Satellite Club
The Satellite club will be hosting a Candy Cornhole Social for the sunrise and satellite club at Jim Felich’s home on 10/29 at 5:30pm. It will be a “corny” event filled with corny costumes, cornbread (and chili) and corn hole so throw on a costume, bring some cornbread or chili and sign up for the cornhole competition at this link. They request RSVP's using the link so they can plan accordingly.
Project Pajamas Thank You
A huge thank you to all club members for the contributions to President Ari’s Project Pajamas. Members brought in many PJ's and donated $755 in cash with which 65 pair additional were purchased.
Finding Sophie - leaves Thursday
The club’s International Service Committee, in conjunction with Heidi Boynton and Finding Sophie, is leading a contingent of 13 Sunrise Rotarians on a home building trip in Tecaté Mexico. Rotarians included in the group are: Mark Boynton, Jon Winston, Eileen Beaudry, Deb Dutra, Tony Giannotti, Cathleen Chandler Eckhardt, Bob and Patrice Keet, Tony Nethercutt, John Flaniken, Mary Alsip, Mark Junod and Camilla Boolootian. The group leaves early Thursday morning and returns on Sunday evening. We wish them well!

Annual Warm Coat Drive
Janet Russell is doing her annual warm coat drive one last time. Her 5th and final warm coat drive for our homeless neighbors, ends Dec. 4th. Please bring your new or gently used coats and jackets to her offices at David Lyng, 1041 41st (with reception or in the box upstairs near her office). Only coats, windbreakers or vests, for all ages, please. Kris, at Housing Matters, sets aside the nicest so locals can wear them for job interviews; so sweet.

Our very own Karen Gosling was part of a panel at the Women’s Leadership Summit: Health and Wellness last Thursday at the Mt Hermon Conference Center.
