  • As you heard from Rod, Jon and Rick at last week's meeting- The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund has been launched. And, because of a special contest put on by our District we have a chance to win 2,500 or 5,000 DDF ($5,000 or $10,000!) for our Global Grant projects.   In order to have a chance of winning we need to achieve EREY (Every Rotarian Every Year, i.e., 100% member participation) and to have all of our donations in by December. Giving is easy this year. Go to www.SantaCruzSunriseRotary.org/TRF for all of the details.

  • Thank you to MaryAnne, she just created a Red Cross Blood Donor Team called “Santa Cruz Sunrise Rotary Club”. I know that many of our Club members regularly donate blood and I thought it would be fun to have us all in a Team to track our impact. Once a person joins the Team their donations are counted in the totals.   Join my team and help American Red Cross save even more lives. Link   Did you know that each blood donation can save up to three lives?
