Jerry Souza sets a vision

Jerry led a great first meeting and shared his vision and direction for the next year in six bullet points:

  • Service
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Public image
  • Youth Programs
  • Environment and...
  • FUN!

Jerry emphasized that although we can set goals and objectives for membership, fundraising goals, etc... the journey is more important that the destination. Engaging together and working in and with our communities If we can engage together and have fun doing so, we will make forward progress.

If you'd like to watch the last meeting and learn a little more about Jerry, you can do so on our website, just click here. (If you're short on time, jump to 37:30 in the program.)
