• Today's meeting started out with a little background on his business and family from Tim Crowe.  Tim is a partner with his father at Crowe's Cabinets.  Tim's dad started the business on his front porch in 1978.  They moved to their current location on Western Reserve Rd 4 years ago and they have almost tripled their business and doubled their staff to 23 employees since then.  Crowe's Cabinets build hard surface cabinets and counter tops and are a Craftmaid cabinet distributor. Tim has been married for 11 years and has two children, Liam and Lucy. 

• Our speaker today was John Brkic from Boy Scouts of America.  He gave us some information about the recent council consolidation merger.  This merger is allowing the council to invest $100,000 in our local Camp Stambaugh!  He gave us overview on all of the scouting programs available and gave us some information on how to become involved.  You can visit beascout.org for more information and can download the power point of his presentation at http://tinyurl.com/PolandRotaryBoyScouts2017.  Their largest fundraiser of the year in coming up on April 25th at the Holiday Inn in Boardman if you are interested in attending or you can send donations to Great Trail Council, BSA  Attn WP Breakfast  3712 Leffingwell Rd   Canfield, OH  44406.

• Our Meeting on March 8th will be at the Poland Library to attend a meeting with the Poland Business Association.

• Chili Open update:  Things are going well with the Chili Open.  We are in need of more auction items and if you would like to sign a team up please let Andrew know.  A page of all the past donors who were not involved with the Night at the Races was passed around at today's meeting.  If you had a past Chili Open donor who did not already donate to the Night at the Races please reach out to them for this years event.
