Todays Speaker
Today we heard from Jim Santangelo who is a claims adjuster from Cincinnati Insurance. Jim was born in Youngstown and lives here Boardman. He has been with Cincinnati for 26 years as a claims adjuster. He talked with us a little about himself and about Cincinnati Insurance and gave us useful tips on how to handle a claim when it happens to you. He also gave us some insight on what he feels it takes to be a good claims adjuster. A few of these things were good attitude, be knowledgeable, have problem solving skills, and above all have good customer service. He says the best way to carry this into our work is to live these qualities everyday. He left us with this quote "Make all your choices with eternity in mind... we all have to end up somewhere."
