Change of Board Meeting
The board will not meet at this Friday as previously planned. The board (and any other interested Rotarians) will plan to meet at 11:30 at The Magic Tree this coming Wednesday, May 1st.

Monday, May 27th is the Poland Memorial Day Parade.
Rotarians will be walking with our flags to promote the Flag Program.
Saturday, June 1st is the planting at Walnut Grove.
Times to be announced for these dates and sign up sheets will be passed around at our coming meetings.
Flags
The coming fThis weeks speaker was Charlotte Diss with Akron Childrens Hospital. Charlotte has been in the development department for the last 2 1/2 years and she shared with us some interesting details about the beginning of Akron Children's (it was a daycare started in 1890) and some incite on how the our local Beeghly campus has really grown and developed since it was established here in Boardman.
