Rohan K. Hepkins and his wife Joy have three children: Naomi 26, Rachel 24, Ruthanne 21. The Hepkins' are 27-year residents of the Yeadon Community, making Yeadon their home since they married in 1983. Rev. Hepkins is a graduate of Eastern University and the Reformed Episcopal Seminary, earning a B.A and Master of Divinity Degrees, respectively. He was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica and lived in London, England until he was ten, then immigrated to the U.S in 1970 and became a naturalized citizen.

Oversee the daily activities of the Yeadon Police Department, Fire Department and Office of Emergency Management to meet the needs of almost 12,000 Yeadon residents. This comprises 15 Full Time Officers, 12 Crossing Guards, 2 Code Enforcement Officers and dozens of Fire Department volunteers to meet the municipal demands of the Borough. Mayor is the face of the municipality – interfacing with the public, press and stakeholders, while providing executive direction and vision-based leadership.
