Lancaster Safety Coalition

Tim Miller joined LSC as its Executive Director in 2018. He brought with him eight years of experience in community and economic development in his hometown of York, as well as a background in operations and project management. Tim attended college at Loyola University in Baltimore and graduate school at the School of Philosophy at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Tim serves on the Board of Directors for Keystone Kidspace and is active on several local committees. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and listening to and playing music.

Craig Roda retired as CEO and Chairman of Fulton Financial in 2018.  He is the Past Chair of the Lancaster City Alliance Board. Craig led the Lancaster City Alliance Board and staff with passion and sincerity.  Everyone is grateful for the time and effort he put toward the City of Lancaster

The Lancaster Safety Coalition is best known for operating a network of 170 cameras in the City of Lancaster. It is a registered 501c3 nonprofit that runs the civilian-driven system of security cameras to support law enforcement and first responders.   The Lancaster Safety Coalition exists with one goal in mind: to enhance the safety and quality of life for every resident and visitor in the City of Lancaster, PA. Lancaster is a great city — vibrant, growing and diverse — and is a wonderful place to live, work and play.

The Lancaster Safety Coalition, or LSC, is a local non-profit organization that supports the effectiveness and efficiency of emergency services in order to keep Lancaster a “hardened target” where criminals find it difficult to offend without consequence. Strong, proactive communities like Lancaster can stem the “big city to small city” criminal migration trend and be a model of prosperity in the region.
