Urgent call for help with meetings
We urgently need help with some of our weekly duties. Every Wednesday, five people out of an understaffed pool of only 13 “Meeting Logistics”  committee members rotate duties that keep some of our best traditions going. Surely more of our 105 members can help out. Please let Rachael know you’ll help – whether in the rotation or as a standby – in any of these duties:
  1. Registration (includes some announcements from the podium)
  2. Invocation (Rotary makes this easy, with numerous examples online)
  3. “Sergeant at Arms”: Computer – Projection - A/V assistance (Not a bouncer!)
  4. Greeter
  5. Piano
One way we can serve our Club is by helping to make our meetings successful!
