Joys:

From Tim Peters:
My joy is that my wife, Lynn, and I are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary this Saturday, August 22nd. It has been 50 wonderful years of wedded bliss that have flown by. We will be celebrating with a lobster dinner at the Chester River Yacht and Country Club.

From Stefanie Valar:
Stefanie Valar is very thankful she will have her left hip replaced at Penn Medicine LGH on Tuesday, August 25. If all goes well, her right hip will be replaced 90 days later.

From Alicia Moranz:
Alicia Moranz and her husband have been recently told they will be first time grandparents.  Their son and daughter-in-law are expecting their first child in March.  Congratulations to Alicia & Steve!

Help Keep the Club Calendar Updated

All Rotarians – especially committee chairs – are encouraged to help keep our new Club Calendar full and updated with the great things that our Club is doing in the community.  Please submit any items you would like added to Kathy by e-mailing her at RotaryClubofLancaster@gmail.com.  Examples include the schedule of McCaskey Mentoring Sessions, Committee Meetings, Power Packs or Salvation Army Bell Ringing. If it’s happening, let’s get it on the Calendar for all to see!  Your help will keep us all updated with what’s going on within the Club AND will showcase our very active Club to the Lancaster Community and to prospective members.  The Club Calendar is available at www.LancasterRotary.org
