In her current role as Executive Director of High Foundation, Robin D. Stauffer leads and amplifies the Foundation’s mission to improve the lives of people who live and work in Lancaster County as well as other communities where High companies provide economic investment and employment.
 
A Lancaster native, Robin has been an integral part of the High legacy, beginning her career with High companies in 1985. Through a variety of positions within High, Robin brought a wealth of knowledge to her role as Executive Director of the Foundation when she was appointed in 2005.

In addition to her industry experience, Robin is a member of the Board of Lancaster General Health Foundation and has served in leadership roles for numerous community impact organizations including a long-standing placement on the Board of United Way of Lancaster County from 2003 to 2021. She served on the Executive Committee, chaired a county-wide United Way Campaign, and was an inaugural member of Women UNITED.

For the nearly two decades in her role as Executive Director of High Foundation, Robin and her team have aligned with community organizations that initiate and support change within areas of identified community need. Robin is also committed to leading innovative new projects that will have lasting impact and will activate systemic change in the Lancaster community and beyond.
 
In recognition of her work, Robin was awarded the Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award for Community Achievement and inducted into their Circle of Excellence, which recognizes women at the pinnacle of their careers and for lifetime achievement. She has also been honored by Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology with the Distinguished Service Award for her commitment to equality in education and for her exemplary leadership.
