Starting as a Penn State architectural student intern in the summer of 2005, after graduation, Peter joined Beers & Hoffman full-time in 2007 and is currently an Architect, Project Manager, and Partner in the firm. Peter developed an interest in the world of architecture at a young age while observing the work of his father at his construction company. This passion led him to the 5 year architecture program at Penn State University. Peter’s area of expertise include commercial and senior living projects.
A spirited automotive enthusiast, Peter designed a motor sports resort for his thesis project. When not in the office, Peter enjoys instructing high-performance driving, skiing and spending time with his wife and 2 children.

Ken Kauffman
Kenneth L. Kauffman was named vice president of Moore Engineering Company in 2004. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in multiple states and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Ken is active in local government through his involvement in the Warwick Township planning commission and the Warwick Education Foundation. He has worked at Moore Engineering since 1985. He was promoted to President in 2016. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in engineering.
