Justin Reese, Principal of McCaskey H.S. Aug 18, 2021 Critical importance of mentoring programs.Justin Reese will speak on the critical importance of mentoring programs such as the Rotary mentoring program, to ensure all high school students reach their academic and emotional potential.

Justin Reese is entering his first year as the principal of McCaskey High School, and his 12th overall year with the School District of Lancaster. He began his career as a classroom teacher at McCaskey, and prior to his appointment as principal at McCaskey he served as the interim leader of Dr. Rita Smith-Wade-El Elementary school, and as an assistant principal at McCaskey. 

His undergraduate degree is in Social Studies education from Lock Haven University, and he holds a Master of Education degree in At-Risk Education. Justin will graduate from Wilkes University in December 2022 with a doctoral degree in K-12 Educational Leadership. His dissertation focuses on the impact of student self-efficacy on achievement in advanced studies.
