Have you seen the newest installment of Suffern Rotary's Flags for Heroes at Montebello Village Hall?  They look Marvelous!
These are the individuals that we honor with our most recent dedication:
1. Josh Klein for his integrity & dedication to his work. He was called to rise above expectations.
2. Dr. Amany Messieha Dgheim, for her dedication & leadership to education in her community & beyond
3. Pamela Hess for her leadership in Suffern Rotary.
4. Dr. T.S.Eng Tjoa, MD,USARMC, Lt. Col. USA Reserves & husband of Carole Tjoa, PDG District 7210.

Suffern Rotary appreciates the service of these heroes to our communities who have demonstrated Service Above Self in various ways.

With a flag sponsorship, you publicly honor a community servant such as a veteran, police officer, public official, teacher- anyone that you feel represents a dedication to serving their community such as Dr. Mary Leahy, CEO at Bon Secours Charity Health System at Good Samaritan Hospital.  A ceremony with local dignitaries will be held where your hero will be publicly acknowledged.
When you sponsor a Flag for Heroes, you are publicly showing your support for that special person as well as for Suffern community projects.
Suffern Rotary Club supports Weekend Snacks for needy students, Arbor Day tree saplings for all Suffern Central School District Elementary students, graduating seniors scholarships, Project Warm which supplies coats for needy children,  and many more beautification community projects.
