NYNJ Trail Conference: Leave No Trace Awareness
Jul 13, 2023 12:15 PM
If you spend much time in the great outdoors, you’re likely to hear the phrase “Leave No Trace” as often as you hear “The Ten Essentials.” What does it mean? Simply put, it’s the best practices we should follow to enjoy and protect our natural spaces. Mike, who worked with us on the May 20th Day of Service Trail Drainage project, will be making a Leave No Trace Awareness presentation and NYNJTC NY Program Coordinator Melissa Cascini, who is a Leave No Trace Master Educator, offered to tag along to make the presentation with him.
