Rotary Family Potluck Dinner & Club Assembly

Dear Rotary Family of Wasaga Beach and Friends,

On behalf of President Kathleen, the hosting team invites you to a Rotary Family Pot-Luck Dinner and a meeting to receive and provide feedback about President-Elect Kevin's vision and proposed budget for the 2026-2027 Rotary year. Also, you'll find it interesting to know that Assistant Governor Alison Durtnall will join us at this event.

This is a great opportunity for all members of the Rotary Family of Wasaga Beach understand and have a say about the club's priorities and future. 

We hope that your Rotary Family will bring one or two of their favoutie dishes to share. To ensure that we have an appropriate mix of appetizers, mains, sides and desserts, we will use an online registry to keep us organized. Dinner buffet opens at 6pm. Meeting starts at 6:45pm and concludes at 7:45pm.

Meal rates:  Members and invited guests eat for free! Rotary Family Adults: $10; Children: $5; Walk-in Adults: $15

7:00 pm – Presentation of the proposed Club Budget [President-Elect Kevin and '26-'27 Club Treasurer Peter Wilson]

7:35 pm – 50/50 draw [Bryan]

7:40 pm – President's closing remarks [Kathleen]

7:45 pm – Meeting adjourned / room teardown begins [All Hands]
