Rotary Family Dinner & Guest Speaker

Dear Rotary Families and Friends,

On behalf of President Kathleen and the hosting team, you’re warmly invited to our next Rotary Family Dinner & Guest Speaker on Monday, April 20 at the Wasaga Beach RecPlex (Oakview Room).

Rotary International's theme for the month of April is Environment. The guest speaker will inform us about Wasaga Beach's freshwatwer supply and distribution system, and it's waste water system.

Dinner will feature sandwiches delivered by Wasaga Subway on 45th St.

As part of our Friend-Raising focus, members are encouraged to invite a friend, neighbour, or family member who might enjoy learning what our Rotary Family is all about in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. This particular event is the perfect time to invite those with youth and kiddos to join us.

Dinner Cost:

• Rotary Members and official guests of he Club: Free

• Rotary Family Adults: $10

• Kids (under 16): $5

• Walk-on Guests: $15

Please RSVP by noon on Sunday, April 12th so that accurate meal numbers can be provided to our caterer.

6:55 pm – Introduction of the Guest Speaker [Introduction by TBA]

7:00 pm – Guest Speaker Presentation [representative of theTown of Wasaga Beach Public Works department or Omtario Clean Water Agency (OCWA)]

7:35 pm – Thank the Guest Speaker & 50/50 Draw [TBD & SAA Bryan]

7:40 pm – Closing Remarks [President Kathleen]

7:45 pm – Event adjourned / Room teardown begins [All Hands]
