Rotary at City of Timmins Utilities Hockey Tournament

This past weekend from April 10-13, 2014, members of the Rotary Club of Timmins-Porcupine hosted a bar for the City of Timmins Utilities Hockey Tournament held at the Sportsplex arena. A donation from this community service event will go to the TDH Foundation to benefit the hospital and Jana Cook, Executive Director of the TDH Foundation, stopped in to lend a helping hand. The photos show Rotarian Darcy Larouche, Jana Cook and Rotarian Sebastien Vermette ready to serve the next customer. Rotarians Sylvia & Mike Milinkovich were also there to support the event.

A second collaboration between these 2 organizations will occur Oct 03 and 04 2014 when the Rotary Face-Off for Funds 24 huor hockey tournament at the Mac will provide a major opportunity for fund-raising for the hospital.
