2009 will make 60 years

Did you know that April 9th, 2009 will make 60 years for our wonderful Rotary Club of Timmins-Porcupine. Over the next few months make sure to visit the site to see tidbits from the club over the last 60 years thanks to our club member Helene Bauman, and lets wrok together to ensure we are around for many years to come!

ROTARY has a simple but potent formula, locally effective and universally acceptable, for building a better community and a better world.

The formula today is followed by more than one million Rotarians in over 22,000 Rotary clubs worldwide. In his club, in his vocation, in his community, and in his world, each Rotarian seeks to help others promote high ethical standards in all vocations and build good will and peace in the world. (Let's not forget that we are now in the year 2008 and the above was written in1986).
