Matt Flanagan named Paul Harris Fellow

Matt Flanagan is honored as a Paul Harris Fellow for his contributions to his former Rotary Club. (Pictures will be posted shortly.)

Past District Governor Chet Sawyer came to our Sept. 28th meeting with a mission ... to present Matt Flanagan with a Paul Harris Fellow. Matt was a member of the New Windsor - Cornwall Club prior to joining our Middletown Club. His award was courtesy of Rotarian Fritz Katz, who gave to the Rotary Foundation with the intention of making Matt a Paul Harris Fellow. PDG Pete Lazier led the presentation and Tim Flanagan, Matt's dad and member of the Walden Rotary Club, pinned Matt with the Paul Harris pin. Matt's a quiet guy, but this honor says a lot about this young man. We look forward to him being a member of Middletown Rotary for years to come. Congratulations, Matt!
