Terry Buel of the Mountainview Brasserie

At our February 23 meeting, Terry Buel, on of the co-owners of the Mountainview Brasserie, gave an interesting presentation on the challenges and rewards of their business and the restaurant industry. She attributed the success of the restaurant to the passion of the chef and co-owner, Max Suhner, and the loyalty and word of mouth recommendations of their guests.
