Carmel Rotarian Jess Vanacoro collected and delivered nine shopping carts full of donated food to @putnam.cap as part of our partnership with ShopRite of Carmel. One of our club's main initiatives is to help our neighbors who are food insecure, and we are proud to provide donated items to five different food pantries each month.
When you donate a bag of food to ShopRite, that's where it goes! The donated items are distributed to CAP, Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Gilead Presbyterian, St. John's, and Brewster Community food pantries by Rotarians. Thank you for all your support!
