Carmel PD's, K-9 dog Cash Receives bullet Proof Vest

K-9 officer, Cash, came to today's meeting and received his bullet proof vest that was made possible by a donation from the Carmel Rotary Club. Cash is one and a half years old and has already been a great help to the Carmel PD. We hope he never needs the vest, but are glad that it will be there if he does.
