Law of the Lid: Your Leadership Ability Determines Your Overall Effectiveness

As a member of The John Maxwell Team, Yanick is certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth. Trained and mentored by John Maxwell and mentors of his world-class faculty, he is equipped with the tools, resources and experience to help your team improve your productivity, performance and profitability. He has a doctorate degree in pharmacy and is a practicing pharmacist with Walgreens.

Prior to joining The John Maxwell Team and becoming a pharmacist, Yanick lived a reckless lifestyle of excessive alcoholism and smoking. He made some drastic changes to his life and in a short period of time, recognized his ability and desire to encourage inspire and communicate life-altering success principles to others. He has the ability to assess a situation, recognize a problem, and lay a solid, workable plan of actions that empowers the business or individual involved.
