Club lends a hand to help Peoria homeless
Peoria North Rotary Club recently donated funds to assist the Peoria Police Department with a program it created to help homeless in the area. The program allows Peoria police to provide to homeless individuals bags that include basic toiletries and other cosmetic items, as well as information on other helpful 
resources in the area. The club recently purchased enough items to stuff 100 bags and clubs members remained after the normal April 27 meeting to stuff and prepare the bags for delivery to the police department.
