The No-Gimmicks "Secrets" of Getting and Staying Fit
Lessons Learned from 20 Years of Building Technology to Help Adults and Children Create and Maintain Healthy Lifestyles
  • The barriers to sticking with a program and how to overcome them
  • How to help yourself (or a loved one) get fit and stay fit for the long term
  • How to help a child get off to a great start physically and athletically, and make fitness a lifelong habit
Keith has been a serial tech entrepreneur focused on the fitness/wellness/health-tech space for over 20 years.
He led his first startup, FitLinxx, to develop an interactive personal training system and lead and the emerging commercial fitness-tech category -- raising over $50 million of venture capital, rolling out over 500 locations serving millions of exercisers worldwide, and going from basement startup to #20 nationally on Deloitte's Fast 500 list of rapidly growing tech companies – prior to merging with a supplier of consumer-wearable fitness tracking devices.
His most recent startup, Great Play, helps children build motor skills and sports skills through directed play in a patented interactive gym.  Named to Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 and Top 50 new franchises, Great Play has helped tens of thousands of children (primarily in the Denver and New York areas) get off to a great start.
In both cases, Keith focused at the intersection of technology, physiology, and behavioral science to develop patented systems for helping people turn physical activity into a lifelong habit.
Keith currently advises the CEOs and investors of several early stage and growth companies.  Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Keith worked on the rollout of Bloomberg, in the AI lab of Digital Equipment, and on medical imaging systems for Polaroid.  He holds a BS in computer science from Cornell and was an LGO Fellow and MIT where he received masters degrees in both engineering and management.  See www.keithcamhi.com for more info or to connect.
