The Development of Climate Resiliency

Andrew Smolen and Ramona Micheal will update us on Environment and Climate Resiliency, plan with Cook County focusing  on green infrastucture and tree  planting, a new green infrastructure grant from the NWRD for rain gardens along Pacific Avenue solar panel intallations at Park District facilities, an electrical aggregation program for renewable energy. and tree consevation efforts to remove invasive species like the Callery Pear.
