Erin Dubich, MS, RD, LDN is an expert on getting healthy, and feeling alive and joyful while doing it. She’s a registered dietitian, licensed dietitian nutritionist, writer and professional speaker. Erin is known for bringing positivity, inspiration and practical advice to her coaching, teaching, writing and speaking. She has lost and kept off 80 pounds since 2012 by making sustainable changes over time, by creating a healthy relationship with food, and by becoming her own best guide.

Erin speaks about creating an empowering mindset, looking at food through the lens of love, mindful eating, and cultivating self-love. She has degrees in neuroscience, psychology, and dietetics, and a Masters degree in Nutrition Communication from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University.
