We hope you can attend!! Please bring items (prizes) for the raffle with the proceeds going to Polio Plus. Let the merriment begin!!

*****Rotary International is requesting that we keep track of our Rotary Volunteer Hours for 2018-2019.Each week you can just jot down your information on our attendance sheet or keep track of those hours to report in a couple of weeks. Collectively we will have an amazing number!! Thanks.

****We need your help! Mercy Housing Lakefront Grand Family Apartmentsin Roseland continue to need our support. We would like to continue to give a gift to each of ten grandmothers including several gift cardsto help stretch their meager budgets for the holidays. These need to be in the denomination of $25from Target, Walmart or Walgreens. Delivery to the Grandmothers will be the second week of December.As an incentive, any Club member contributing $100 or more will be eligible for “Paul Harris recognition points.” Any questions, check with Kay Whitlock.

****Thank you!! On November 14 & 15 the Hines VA Hospital Veteran Stand Downwas held at Humboldt Park Armory. Each year our Club in coordination with Rotary District 6450 has gathered men's winter coatsfor these homeless vets. Thank you to supporting this effort financially – John Kearns, Fred Otto, Jack & Pat Ranttila, Sylvia Jewgieniew, Chuck & Diana Henschel, Jim Testa, Larry Fritz, Glenn Spachman, Kay Whitlock,Frank Holthouse, John Kearns and Nicholas Walny.As an incentive, any Club member contributing $100 or more will be eligible for “Paul Harris recognition points.” Any questions, ask Pat or Jack Ranttila.

****Thank youto all of our My Joyful Santasfor fulfilling many Christmas requests from the children at the Grand Family Apartments. These gift bags were delivered to My Joyful Heart this week where MJH will add their regular gift items (shampoo, lotions, toothcare items, gloves, scarf, etc.) then Pat & Jack Ranttila will deliver them to the Roseland Grand Family Apartments for distribution.
