V.A.L.U.I.N.G. 1,0001 WAYS TO ADVANCE YOUR VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION
topicV.A.L.U.I.N.G.The acronym VALUING represents seven categories of actions that contribute to organizational growth and operational effectiveness. This rapid-fire presentation is intended to provide an optimum number of alternative strategies for Rotary Club success.
Participants are not expected to memorize or internalize every strategic initiative, rather appreciate key planning areas, and sub-categories of specific activities that clubs may determine are most appropriate for their circumstances and desired outcomes. Clubs may refine a few specific strategies and concentrate on effective implementation for a user-defined period of time before moving unto the next set of objectives.
