3:00 pm   Registration Desk Opens

5:00 pm   1^st seating for Fish Dinner, Silent Auction Opens

                    Bar and Concession open

5:20 pm    Opening Ceremonies

6:00 pm     Play Ball!

6:30 pm    2^nd Seating for Fish Dinner

9:00 pm     DJ Dave Live Entertainment - 

10:00 pm Pizza Available

12:00 pm     Event Closes

 

SATURDAY, June  17th

7:30 am   BBQ and Concession Stand Opens

8:00 am   Play Ball!

9:00 am   Silent Auction Opens

11:00 am  Bar Opens

5:00 pm    Silent Auction Closes

 

10:00 pm  Live Draw for NHL Hockey Tickets

10:00 pm Pizza Available

12:00 pm  Event Closes 

 

Our 2023  goal is $70,000, which will allow us to support much needed equipment for Cancer Care in our Local Health Centre and our Parry Sound Rotary Club’s Projects with all of your amazing enthusiasm and support!!

 

The format will remain the same Family, Friends, Fun event with Friday Nite Opening Ceremonies, Pickerel Dinner, Silent Auction, Dances with R U Kid N Me on Friday and Muskoka Roads Band on Saturday, and more !!
